Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee beans once the purchase is completed.

• If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve any issues caused by our error.
